The last of my faves....

Here is the last of the pictures that I loved...most of them creations by me...I have decided to lessen the amount of family pictures I post because of hurtful criticisms but my family pictures would usually be first.
I love the soft colors of this magnet board and prayer cards:

I had fun with all these halloween creations and loved doing the tutorial for the Year of Color:

Yo-yo garland.....

My millinery bounty on one fun flea market trip with Robin....

Fly Away...... a little boy who needed wings

The original postcard which reads, "how do you like this for gator bait?" See why he needed wings?

A bowl full of buttons and bobs....

And the beautiful little baby we adopted this year...(she is actually quite the rascal but we are all still madly in love!)

Talk to you soon! karen......

Happy! Happy!

I hope you had a wonderful New Year's eve, we saw the new year in quietly...we stayed inside, made yummy food and just watched movies....
On wednesday, I stayed in my jammies the whole day! I don't think I have done that in my adult life unless I was sick.... the result was the above picture...stars, candles and little pretty add-ons for some pretty something....
We are having a postponed holiday party in January and I still want it to seem magical without the Santas and snowmen...so I am going for stars and sparkle with my new mercury glass....
All blues/greens and silver... I really had fun creating again!

I also did some thrifting and flea marketing.... I found the polka dot bread pan and pedestal plate at a new thrift store we discovered...$1.75 for both!
The cherub plate, pretty labels and teeny valentine were from a flea market jaunt and some sparkly ornies from Target after christmas sale...they will decorate at our party...

Well, I hope you are enjoying your start to 2010, wow that sounds weird!
Hugs and well wishes...karen....
